Welcome to Riordan Clinic Patient Portal

You may login using your Medicat UserName and Password.  If you are new to the portal, we recommend waiting until our migration to eClinicalWorks is complete and registering on the new portal when it goes live on Feb 23rd, 2026.  Once logged in you will have access to online services such as:

• Secure communication with Riordan Clinic
• Access to educational documentation regarding your condition or procedure
• Or access to form for health history or as needed for upcoming clinical procedures.

Please note: Riordan Clinic is migrating to eCinicalWorks EHR.  The Patient Portal will also be migrating in conjuction with this change.  You will receive onboarding information for the new eClinicalWorks Patient Portal when that goes live after February 23rd, 2026.

We do not share or sell your information to other parties. To help Riordan Clinic keep your electronic personal health information (ePHI) secure, do not share your Username or Password with other parties.  

Parents or guardians, please contact Riordan Clinic prior to registering for access to a child's or dependant's records.  We will need to ensure we have your appropriate contact information associated with that of your dependant prior to registering.  You may be required to show proof of guardianship.
